  4. Non rev travel guide Login to Jetnet • Return to www.jetnet.aa.com • Enter your employee number as your “User ID” • Enter your JetNet password • Click the “Login” button.

  5. Non Rev Travel Guide Select Non-Rev Travel Planner • Select “Non-Rev Travel Planner” from the left navigation menu.

  6. Non rev travel guide Select Your Flight • Choose “Flight List” from the top drop down menu. • Choose your “Month” / “Year” & “Day of travel” • Choose your ideal “Time” of departure. 1 2 3

  7. Non rev travel guide Find an airport code • Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the “Dep City” text box to lookup an airport code. • **If you already know your airport code you can type the three letter code in the “Departure City” & “Arrival City” text boxes.

  8. Non Rev Travel Guide Select an airport code • Enter the name of the city that you are searching for in the text box titled “City Name”. • Click the “Look Up” button. • Select the appropriate city from the results box. • Click the “OK” button.

Non Rev Travel guide View flight schedule • Find your arrival airport by following the steps in slides 7 & 8. ** Make sure to use the magnifying glass to the right of the “Arr City” text box. • Once you know the airport code for your arrival city, enter it in the “Arr City” text box. • Click the “View Flights” button to see the flight schedule.

Non rev travel guide Select your flight • Click the Green “SELECT” button to the left of the flight number that you would like to list for. • Seating Availability: What do the text colors mean when looking at the flight schedule? Green:Seats available Yellow:High flight load Red:Flight is full

  12. Non rev travel guide Select your return flight • Select the appropriate:-“Month”-“Year”-“Day”-“Time”-“Dep City”-“Arr City”for your return flight. • **Repeat the steps listed on slides 6 through 10

  13. Non rev travel guide Select your return flight • Click the Green “SELECT” button to the left of the flight number that you would like to list for. • Click the “Continue” button to specify your flight preferences.

Non rev travel guide Specify flight preferences • Choose your seat class by using the drop down choices under the “Seat Class” column. • Select your name from the “Passenger Name” drop down menu. • Select D2 as your “Type” of travel. • Enter personal contact information • Click the “Finish / Confirm PNR” button. 1 2 3 4 5

  15. Non rev travel guide E-mail Passenger Name Record (PNR) • Click the “E-Mail PNR” button if you would like to e-mail yourself a copy of your flight listing.

  17. Non rev travel guide Check-In • **Repeat the steps listed in slides 4 & 5 • Click the green “CHECK IN” button to the left of the appropriate record locator. • You are able to check-in online 4 hours before your flight.

  19. Non rev travel guide Check-In • Click the check box to the left of your name under the “Passenger Name” column. • Click “Yes” if you have a printer and would like to print your boarding pass. Click “No” if you do not have a printer. • Click the “Continue” button. 1 2 3

Non rev travel guide Print boarding pass • Click the “Continue” button to print your boarding pass. • Click the “Close Window” button to complete the check-in process without printing your boarding pass.** You will have to retrieve your boarding pass at the airport by either using a self service check-in machine, or from a check-in agent. 1 2

  26. Non rev travel guide Travel History • Your travel history will be an important reference tool for you to keep track of current outstanding balances. • You can view your travel history by clicking on the travel link on the JetNet home page.
