  2. Breathing • Breathing is an easy way to soothe your nerves. • At first you must try to inhale / exhale. • After breathing you can feel more relaxed. • There is more oxygen in the body system. • To feel comfortable in chair with breathing.

  3. Listen to music • Music can calm the mind during listening to the sounds. • The sounds of the music are good for meditation. • Music can make you feel more relaxed. • There are different ways with different type sounds which mean easy listening.

  4. Go for a nature walk • You would go for a walk along bushside and will be relaxed. • Walking along the beach can be soothing to the lungs. • Listening to the sounds of the ocean can make you well.

  5. Controlling the mind • Try some self control • Good habits occur when we do then every day. • There are some brain food which is good for the mind • You must control your thoughts and your emotions. • To meditate the mind.

  6. Sleep Patterns • Sleep is about nine hours which is good for you. • You need a good bed mattress. • You go to sleep and then you start into a deep sleep within a few hours.
