A Day in the Stone Age: Mammoths, Caves, and Campfires

Join our class on an exciting Stone Age adventure where we encountered a mammoth (a fun teddy from Monsters, Inc.) and a big bison! We expressed our creativity with cave paintings, showcasing a fiery scene and a dramatic figure. After lunch, we successfully built a fire to cook our meals, followed by thrilling spear-throwing activities. While I wasn't the best shot, I had a blast! We wrapped up our adventure with adorable photos of Mrs. B's dogs, Poppy and Unser. It was a memorable day filled with fun and learning!

  1. Stone age day By Sam

  2. Nick found the mammoth and the whole class got a picture with it. The mammoth was just a teddy off Monster Inc.

  3. On the mammoth walk on the way we saw a bison. It was scary and big too.

  4. We did cave painting. I did two pictures. The pictures that I drew were of a fire and a person with blood dripping down him.

  5. After lunch we were all in groups and we each made a fire. This was my group’s fire. It was going very well. Everybody was cooking their lunch on their fires.

  6. After our fire went out, I went and did spear throwing and we aimed for targets. At the end there was a bonus round. I was not good at all but it was still fun. After that we went back to school and went straight home.

  7. This is poppy and Unser: Mrs B’s dogs. They are so cute. Poppy is the friendliest and the oldest. Some people got pictures with the dogs for finding a metal stick. Not fair.
