Stages in Completion Step1- Read the Documentation • National Standards • Application Pack • Lessons Learned Step 2 – Contact PQH(NI) with any queries Step 3 – Prepare your material off-line Step 4 – Contact PQH(NI) for a Username and Password Step 5 – Complete form and download a copy Step 6 – Give access to principal/line manager Step 7 – Ensure your application form is submitted by the deadline

Reading the Documentation Step1- Familiarise yourself with the ‘National Standards’ Step 2 – Read and re-read the ‘Application Pack’ • be clear about the involvement of your principal/line manager • focus on requirements ( pages 7 & 8) • Look in detail at the Six Key Areas and cross-reference with National Standards Step 3 – Look at the strong and weak examples in ‘Lessons Learned’
