  4. InTech The Pubs Dept are continuing to evaluate the impact of the new InTech design and content strategy, in particular in certain content areas that we had previously identified as important. One of these is ‘Automation Basics’, addressed by a monthly column in the new InTech.: • What do you think of this column? Any way we can improve it? • Do you think this column sufficiently addresses our readers’ need for ‘automation basics’ information, or do we need more content (e.g. feature articles) on automation basics? • Any specific topics you would like to see covered in the column or in other ways? • I can see two target readerships for this material: young people just out of school (or even still in school), and mid-life career changers who are adding automation to their skill set or even moving into automation from some other area altogether. Should content be different for these two groups? If so, how? www.isa.org/InTech
