WALKER TEAM EXPANSION • On August 13th, Walker and Associates, Inc. announced its plans to acquire the non-affiliate operating assets of Windstream Supply LLC, with the effective date of August 21, 2009. • The acquisition included the hiring of Windstream Supply’s sales and marketing staff and inventories necessary to support Windstream Supply’s substantial non-affiliate customers. • In addition to its existing operations in Welcome, NC and Winston-Salem, NC, Walker has further expanded with the addition of the sales and marketing office in Alpharetta, GA.

  30. EXAMPLE OF INSTALLATION PROJECT • Customer was a CSP with service in 13 South Eastern areas, and 2 in the Great Lakes area. • Customer developed a Retrofit Project to deliver triple play. Due to resource limitations, the program could not be implemented. • Customer’s goal was to utilize the TA 5000 retrofit kit to deliver triple play services. • Day 1 - Cutover trailer was brought to site and TA 5000 in trailer was pre-programmed to match customer specifications. • Day 2 - Installation Manager tied into customer tie lines and OSP cables and moved all existing circuits into trailer. • Day 3 - Old equipment was removed and installation of new equip took place in the existing cabinet. • Day 4 - All circuits were moved from the cutover trailer to the new equipment • No customer outages occurred during entire procedure.
