If any Campus Organization has not turned in their group order form/payment, see us after the meeting to do so! • Greek Chapter pick-up is Sunday, September 30 • Residence Hall pick-up is Monday, October 1 • Pick-up at Reynolds Alumni Center • Please refer to email for assigned pick-up time intervals • Due to high volume of orders, some Greek Chapters will be delivered their merchandise instead of picking it up Sunday • Liaisons for these Chapters notified by email • We appreciate your patience and understanding! • Campus Organizations will NOT pick up their t-shirts Sunday, September 30 • New pick-up date TBD • Questions? Dates to remember: • October 3rd: Office hours with Parade to discuss designs and materials • 123 Reynolds Alumni Center, 7-8 p.m. • October 5th: Entry forms due by 5 p.m. • Mizzou.com/hcparade_studentorg • ENTRY FORMS ARE OPEN. • October 11th: Detailed sketches due at Liaison meeting • October 27th: Parade parade

Reused Objects: • Please email HomecomingParade@missouri.edu with the details of your reused objects. • Description of the object • Where you are reusing your object: Parade, Campus Decoration or Talent • You have until October 18 to notify the Parade Committee with your object details. • The 5-points awarded for reusing a object in two of the three events will be included in the Parade awarded points. Parade

  19. Tiger Food Fight • Campus Wide Food Drive • Friday, October 12th from 10am-3pm • Drop off times will be given next week • Residence Halls and Orgs that designated bin placements- your bins will be delivered October 1st service

Tigers Taming Hunger • Grocery Store/Community Food Drive • Stop by and see us in the back after the meeting to pick up your assigned shift times and locations • Greek pairings- 4 volunteers for 4 2-hour shifts • Orgs and Residence Halls- 4 volunteers for 2 2-hour shifts • You are responsible for finding people to work your assigned shifts, who will check in with us upon arrival • We will also email out your shifts to make sure you got them service

  21. Day of Service • Saturday, October 20 • Pick up the appropriate form in the back (Residence Hall, Org, or Greek pairing) • Registration forms are due October 12th at the meeting • If more people want to volunteer than your group has spots for, they can sign up online. SERVICE

  23. Banner If you would like help creating your banner, the craft studio is offering the services and supplies. To make an appointment go to: http://craftstudio.missouri.edu/?page_id=2104 Sketches for banners are due on October 11th at the liaison meeting Greek grouping will hang their competition banner on October 21st by 3pm Residence Halls will hang their competition banner on October 18th Special events

  24. Decorate the District • You will select your business for Decorate the District NEXT WEEK, October 4th. • Proof on Contact must include an attached design for owner/manager. • This is due at the liaison meeting on October 11th • Each grouping will get one black and one gold window paint from MAA • If you are in a Greek grouping a member from each chapter must be present while decorating, but it is not required to use all of the allotted time. Decorating will take place from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. SPECIAL EVENTS

MIZ BBQ Residence Halls: • We will be getting the open flame permits for you • You must obtain a temporary food permit for your BBQ, all information can be found at: • http://ehs.missouri.edu/food/permits.html • BBQ takes place on Thursday, Oct 18 this year • You can set up for BBQ area form 11:30am-4pm. • Judging will begin at 4:30pm • Questions: homecomingprojects@missouri.edu SPECIAL EVENTS
