  4. The Board of Directors of Dawson Area Development has determined that housing is a vital component of Economic and Community Development. Dawson Area Development will foster strategies to determine specific needs; stimulate development; and rehabilitation of housing stock in Dawson County. DAD shall also aid its residents in becoming more educated and reliable in the maintenance of current and future housing stock. MISSION STATEMENT Housing Committe
