This study investigates the impact of HLA-G nanoparticles on the proliferation and cell cycle dynamics of immune cells, focusing on ILT2, ILT4, KIR2DL4, and CD160 expression. By measuring 3H-thymidine incorporation, we assessed DNA content and cell counts at different intervals (6h, 16h, 24h, and 48h) to determine the influence of HLA-G on G0/G1 and G2/M phases. Results reveal significant changes in cell cycle progression and regulation of cyclin D1 in response to HLA-G treatment, highlighting its potential role in modulating immune responses.
