  3. 'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the houseNo water was being wasted, not even by the mouse + =

  4. The dripping faucet was fixed with careIn hopes that water supplies would not run bare

  5. x 2,700 = And because it saved 2,700 gallons a yearIt certainly brought a lot of cheer

  6. All the children were sleeping in their beds Clean from a short shower not a bath

  7. = Because they didn’t just let conservation opportunities come and pass Conservation Opportunity

  8. Even though it saved 40 gallons a year It didn’t seem like it was enough Goal of Savings ings Statart Short by 20% of goal

  9. They wanted to save much more of this so-called water stuff WATER JAR ?????

  10. + = They started using a low-flow faucet and showerhead Because it saved them approximately 1.5 gallons per minute they said Low - Flow

  11. And by only washing full loads in the dish and clothes washerThe savings of water piled up in an incredible blur $ $$ $$$$ $$$$$$ $$$$$$$$ $$$$$$$$$$

  12. They switched over to a toilet and dish and clothing washers that was very water efficientAnd can you guess what? The results were still sufficient! Water Efficient PREFORMANCE TEST

  13. Then there was the yardBut saving there wouldn’t be hard

  14. And by not watering their lawn as many timesIt saved them quite a few dimes Before they started saving… After they started saving… Per week Per week

  15. But that really didn’t seem like that was all they could doBecause the time for people to act was way overdue + act = Due January 1, 1950

  16. And so they thought it’d be coolIf they brought the idea to their school

  17. And after only a few days The school was saving water in the same ways!

  18. When the time to plant new treesCame around in the springPlanting little water needing treesWas just the perfect thing

  19. They even wanted to get their dad’s office in it too

  20. Because they need more help If they wanted to save the earth’s blue

  21. The company said yesThey would use water less W A T E R U S A G E

  22. And now its your turn because of our concern To Save Water

  23. That one day water may run outAnd then what will come out of your water spout ?????
