  3. Marketing Director: • Entitels working positions; • Leads everyday minutes and meetings; • Distributes information and tasks; • Supervises working process; • Recievies reports about work done, makes conclusions and final decisions.

  4. Salesmanager: • Finds new customers and keep relationships with already existing customers; • Cooperates with other managers; • Creates forms and templates for orders and confirmations; • Receives orders from customers.

  5. Operations manager • Orders from customer and to wholesaler; • Sends goods to customer with a delivery note invoice; • Organizes for finance to collect the funds from customers within 30Days; • Organizes for finance to pay wholesaler within 1 week; • Helps finance debt with cash flow budget.

  6. Marketing manager: • Outlook of the company’s web page; • Communicating with the advertisement agencies; • Creating marketing messages for company products; • Creating channels of marketing e.g web, emails, fax, fair; • Creating the company’s image.
