This program, led by Jill Canono, Ph.D., focuses on leadership development during transitional phases in the workplace. Participants will explore shared leadership practices, learn to communicate effectively, and identify ways to embrace change. The course encourages active participation through volunteering, risk-taking, and community engagement to foster a collaborative environment. By examining communication barriers and nurturing new ideas, attendees will develop strategies to enhance their leadership skills and adapt to organizational changes effectively.
