  5. Missouri – NJUNS History • Joined NJUNS in 1998 • First tickets created in the fall of 1999 • Ameren UE Pilot • One of the longest tenured NJUNS members • One of the largest producing members

  6. Missouri: 2013 Usage • 32,522 Tickets Created • 23,326 Tickets with Steps Completed • 3,660 Tickets Closed • Not including other updates, comments, file attachments, etc.
