Here’s Chef and his assistant, Evie, peeling a fresh artichoke. We all got to taste it. It was stringy and it tasted like grass and it was a little bitter.
First, spread the mashed potato on the table and ‘powder’ on the flour.
Then mix the 2 together with your hands. Here’s Chef showing us how.
…including our cherry tomatoes, to make the delicious sauce!
Gently stir the gnocchi into the sauce in the pan. It is cooked when it floats to the top.
