SCHEDULE OF EVENTS • Saturday: Conferees arrive; Registration opens; Optional Pre-Conference Fun. • Sunday: Conference opens; 10:00am - Exhibition Ribbon Cutting; 1:00pm – Opening Ceremony, Roll Call of the States and 1st Business Session; Host State Welcome Night event. • Monday: 2nd Business Session and Committee Meetings; Open Night in Phoenix & JEC Night Out • Tuesday: 3rd & 4th Business Sessions, Committee meetings; Auxiliary Luncheon, All Area Hospitality Night…. PLUS  43rd Annual Conference Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS • Plus, on Tuesday: • CITY OF PHOENIX AND EANGA JOB FAIR • Open to all conference attendees, military and Veterans, retirees and family members nationwide; Expecting about 50 employers; Interviewing and resume writing classes on Sunday and Monday. • Wednesday: 5th Business Session; Elections (in session until about 2pm); All States Banquet • Thursday: Conferees depart **A blood drive will be conducted; dates TBA 43rd Annual Conference Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States 

  9. SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Professional Development • EANGUS has verbal approval that a certain number of Soldiers/Airman will be able to attend the EANGUS Conference on Professional Development orders. The expectation is that each State will be authorized 4 PD. • Details will be published by NGB in an authorization memo; receipt of this memo is currently pending. • Registration cost for PDs is $175.00 • PD curriculum and schedule is under development States are encouraged to start making preliminary plans for PD attendees subject to receipt of the official authorization memo. 43rd Annual Conference Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States

MILITARY FLIGHT OPERATIONS • Chairman: SMSgt Kris Pelfrey, 161st ARW • Phone: 602-302-9362 • Email: kris.pelfrey@ang.af.mil • All military aircraft must coordinate with the POC above. • Provide date & time of arrival and departure, and number • of passengers. • Flight Operations Committee will coordinate all incoming • and departing military air flights, arrange for aircraft parking • space and service flight crews. Find them at Terminal 3 & 4, outside • Door 7 curbside. • Metro Light Rail – 4:00 AM – 11:00 PM daily. The cost is $2 per ride, or an all-day pass of $4. There is no glass allowed in the patio or hospitality suites.
