Financial Review of MY2013 • Budgeted General Fund offering: $822,025 • Actual General Fund offering: $798,826 • Difference of: $23,199 or2.8% • Projected Budgeted Expenses of $868,228 • Actual expenses of: $775,999 • Adjusted Difference of: $92,229or 10.6% • Income minus expenses: $22,827 • Main reason: Deferred Loan Conversion

  6. Total Giving to Cornerstone • General Fund Giving: $798,822 • O/A Mission’s Giving: $76,377 • Total Mission’s: $212,671 • Arise 414 Giving: $350,747 • Total Given in MY2013: $1,225,946

  7. MY2013 by the Numbers • 309 Communing members • 39 new members, 44 move away. • 5 join by Reaffirmation of Faith • 13 join by Profession of Faith • 7 Adult Baptisms!!! • 448 Total members

  11. MY2014 ProjectionsGeneral Fund Offerings • Aware of the fiscal uncertainty of region. • We are trusting God to provide for His church. • Currently evaluating impact of latest government fiscal gyrations. • Budget assumed 13 week sequester.

  15. Cornerstone’s Purpose • To glorify and enjoy God by growing a loving body of faithful disciples that is reaching Southern Maryland and the world for Christ. • How do we accomplish this?

  32. How to Pray • What are you calling us to do? • How are you calling me to be a part of it?

Specifically • Multiply efforts of officers and staff. • Rule of thumb: 120/1 FT ministry staff • Cornerstone: 224/1 FT ministry staff • Raise up elders and deacons: • 2 elders moved this year. • 5 Ruling Elders on Session (w/one leaving) • 90 members/elder • HS bring about conversions and MM&E Disciples!
