  2. Y.E.P. • The money collected through this program provides the majority of the State Council’s budgeted funds for youth programs each year. • Total money needed to fund KC youth programs for this Fraternal Year is: $135,000.00

Y.E.P. - Sources Where does the money come from? • Council Donations • Over 95% of the funds come from this source. • Each Council’s quota is $10 per regular member. • 50/50 Raffles held at various events • Mass collections at State Family meetings, other meetings and the State Convention • Various other donations
