Partner Levels Premium Partner Registered Partner • Partner Annual fee 1,500 euro • Reseller agreement only for Assistance PSA • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified • Lead Registration • Limited support up to 3 calls for free and then 150 Euro per call • Complementary E-Learning • A minimum of one employee need to be PSA Certified • 20% Margin on Licenses • 15% Margin on Maintenance • 5 PSA users for own use for free • Partner Annual fee 2,500 euro • Reseller agreement for Assistance PSA • Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certified • and/or NAV/AX/GP • Joint Marketing efforts • Lead Registration • Managed Partner Support by PAM • Limited support up to 30 tickets for free • Complementary E-Learning and once per year Boot Camp in Amsterdam or on Site (excluding expenses) • A minimum of two employees need to be PSA Certified • 40% Margin on Licenses • 25% Margin on Maintenance • 50 PSA users for own use for free incl. maintenance
