Forward Grant Basics for Trapeze Partners ForwardGranting Trapeze Partners will be able to purchase WLAN products/software from Distribution before meeting the requirements of the Juniper Network WLAN specialization in the Juniper Partner Program. You will have until September 30th 2011 to complete the requirements for your Partner level. The main requirements are completing the courses, identified in the previous slides, with a minimum of 2 individuals in your company.

GETTING STARTED – BECOME A JUNIPER PARTNER Become a Juniper Partner Have a conversation with your Partner Account Manager (PAM) who will walk you through the registration process Register to be a Juniper Partner at www.juniper.net/us/en/partners/ Once registration is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with an 8 digit VAR ID and a 10 digit Authorization code Create a user account using your 10 digit Authorization code to gain access to the Juniper Partner Center Log in to Partner Center Enter the Learning Academy to begin your JNSA and JNSS training!
7. Getting started - register Register at www.juniper.net/us/en/partnersonly once please! First - Click on “Become a Reseller Second - Click tab Apply and “Begin Your J-Partner Application Now!”

Getting started - register Enter your email twice and make sure you use a company domain address – no aliases – then click Next> T&Cs: read the terms and conditions in the scrolling window orread the pdf in your local language. You must complete information under the scrolling window and click “Accept”
9. Getting started - register You will now complete the 4 steps: Company Headquarters Company Profile Branch Office Review Step 4: Review – click Submit. You should receive a response within 5 business days. Once approved – you will receive an email with a VAR ID (used to purchase thru Distribution) and an Authorization number (used to create a user account).
10. Getting started – create user account http://www.juniper.net/us/en/partners/ Click on “Create an Account” Note: you will need your company’s authorization code to create a user account. The authorization code was sent to the person who initially registered your company as a Partner.
11. Getting started – create user account There are 4 process steps: Eligibility (authorization code entry) Account Creation Encryption Agreement acceptance Confirmation To start, enter your email address (@company domain - no aliases please) then your country – hit Next>
12. Getting started – create user account Step 1: Eligibility Enter your company’s authorization code then click Next> Note: request the authorization code from your colleague who initially registered your company
13. Getting started – create user account Step 2: Account Creation Enter your personal information and click Next>
14. Getting started – create user account Step 3: Encryption Agreement Read the agreement and at the end please click the radio button that states you agree - press Next>
15. Getting started – create user account Step 4: Confirmation You have successfully created a user account Just click on Partner and you will be directed into Partner Center

Juniper Networks Partner Center The Partner Center set of tools includes the following and other valuable sites: Products Solutions Service & Support Training Selling Tools Marketing Tools All categories are valuable. Be sure to enter the Learning Academy as soon as possible to complete your Juniper Partner JNSA & JNSS requirements for WLAN. Click on the Learning Academy tab or the Training tab
17. Juniper Networks learning academy First - set up your profile Select the Sales or Technical tracks depending upon your role Core Function Basic Definition Sales - Account Manager (JNSA) Technical – Pre-Sales Engineer (JNSS)
18. Juniper Networks learning academy – Con’t Second– complete the prerequisites to begin taking courses in the Learning Academy “Juniper Vision” (3 minute video) & Junos “Fundamentals” (60 minutes)
