This update discusses the latest findings from the irradiated detector measurements, specifically focusing on room temperature tests conducted on various detector models (W18-BZ2, W18-BZ4D, W50-BZ4A, W99-BZ1). Key observations include variations in current and Rpt at different bias levels and temperatures. The first tests indicated lower current readings and higher Rpt values at specific bias values. Planned measurements for future tests will include various temperatures for both irradiated and non-irradiated detectors (W50-BZ4A and W99-BZ1).

Irradiated Detector Update Nicholas Ptak 2/19/2011
The updates since the last meeting include • Room temperature measurements • W18-BZ2 • W18-BZ4D • W50-BZ4A at -10C and again at the neighboring strip • W99-BZ1 nonirradiated –10C compared with room temperature
Room Temperature MeasurementsW18-BZ2 • The room temperature test was shown to have a lower current and higher Rpt by about 50kOhms at the higher vbias
Room Temperature MeasurementsW18-BZ4D • This test stopped at 125vbias because the current shown on the voltage supply was exponentially increasing to 0.1mA, however in retrospect the test should have been completed • Here again the room temperature test had the lower current and higher Rpt, in this case by about 20kOhms
The detector was tested twice, the first time on a strip with the farside DC pad closer to the bias ring, and the second time on a neighboring pad with the smaller strip area close to the bias ring. The neighboring strip gave a slightly higher Rpt near W50-BZ4ALaser Far
W99-BZ1 nonirradiated-10C vs RT Laser Far • There is a difference in Rpt at 50vbias by about 50kOhms, however closer to 200v the two are comparable
Planned Measurements • The list so far of measurements to be done include • W50-BZ4A at -15C, -5C, 0C, and 25C (irradiated) • W99-BZ1 at -15C, -10C, -5C, 0C, and 25C (irradiated and non-irradiated)
