  2. Biography • Born in Auckland, New Zealand on the 1st December 1966 • Worked at Auckland computer animation from 1985 • Recruited by Pacific Data Images in 1991 • Adamson and his wife now divide their time between New Zealand and LA

  3. Introduction to Filmmaking • Andrew was working at an animation company in Auckland • Approached by Pacific Data Images to work in LA • Began as a technical director and progressed to film director

  9. Significance to NZ Film • Limited significance to NZ film • However he has taken is animation skill overseas • Brought publicity to NZ Film
