  2. Cardiorespiratory Endurance • Ability of your lungs, heart, and blood vessels to send fuel and oxygen to your tissues during long periods of moderate to vigorous activity • long distance running/ jogging • swimming • cycling • Walking • Testing Method: 1 mile run, PACER

  3. Muscular Strength • The amount of force your muscles can exert • Lifting • Pushing • Jumping • Testing Method: push up test, flexed arm hang

  4. Muscular Endurance • Ability of your muscles to perform tasks over a period of time without tiring • Carrying boxes up steps • Testing Method: Curl up test

  5. Flexibility • Ability to move your body parts through the full range of motion • Reduces the risk of injury • Testing Method: Sit and Reach
