What is it? • Epidemic is a disease In a given human population. The disease spread quickly.
When was the last major epidemic • The last major epidemic was in 2011 to present and it was the dengue outbreak in Pakistan . Dengue fever is a mosquito-borne tropical disease caused by the dengue virus
Why is it a problem? • It’s a problem because millions of people are dying from it. It cause millions of deaths world wide. Epidemic is mostly caused by insects and viruses.
What is being done about it today? • Doctors are making antidotes of people who has the disease.
Why is it relevant to us today? • It is important because to us because it just recently happen and the disease killed millions of people.
