  3. Cap and Gown Pictures: Thursday, April 18th in the New Gym Lobby. • 8:00 – 8:30 A – C • 8:30 – 9:00 D – G • 9:00 – 9:30 H – J • 9:30 – 10:00 K – M • 10:00 – 10:30 N – S • 10:30 – 11:00 T – Z

  4. Cap and Gown Pictures: • You must bring your cap, gown, and tassel for pictures • Only have pictures made if you are purchasing a picture package. • Payment must be made when you have pictures made. • Dress code: Guys: White collared shirt with dark tie Ladies: Shirt cannot be seen in the neck of the gown.

  5. Senior Awards Night • May 23rd, 7:00 p.m. • Meet in the CHS band room at 6:00 p.m. • Turn in copies of your college acceptance letters and any scholarship offers to the Counseling Center

  6. Dates for Exams: • Tuesday, May 28th: • 1st and 2nd Block exams during class (regular schedule). • This is regular scheduled day, so students should attend 3rd and 4th blocks.

  7. Dates for Exams: • Wednesday, May 29th • 3rd and 4th block exams during class. • The day will be inverted: 4th block exam 3rd Block exam 2nd Block class 1st Block class • Students may leave after 3rd block exam with a note.

  8. Fines/Fees • You will get a list today! • Fines/Fees are due by 5:00 on Tuesday, June 4th. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! • You WILL NOT be allowed to practice or walk at graduation if your fees are not paid!!!

  9. Graduation Practice • Wednesday, June 5th @ CHS • Lunch: 12:15. Location: Building C Commons Area • Report to Homeroom: 1:00 p.m. • If you plan to participate in the graduation ceremony Thursday evening, you MUST be at practice Wednesday afternoon.

  10. Dress Code: Males • solid black or dark navy dress pants • white dress shirt with collar, dark tie and dark socks • Plain, solid black dress shoes with black soles; no athletic shoes, sandals, or clogs

  11. Dress Code: Females • Dress or shirt/blouse that doesn’t show in v-neck and dress/skirt that does not show below gown. • You may wear solid black or navy blue dress pants or capris. Capris cannot be seen below the robe. • Plain, solid black dress shoes with black soles (must have a back strap); no athletic shoes or clogs • DO NOT USE THE WHITE COLLAR! • If wearing hosiery, must be flesh tone (no colors or prints).

  12. Tickets • Each senior will get 10 tickets at graduation practice. Seniors needing more than 10 tickets are encouraged to ask their fellow seniors who might not use all 10 tickets to share. • Seniors may request extra tickets at graduation practice. • There is no re-admittance to graduation exercises. If a guest chooses to get up and leave, he/she may not return. • Wheelchair seating is available.

  13. Dress Code: Parents & Guests • No shorts of any type • T-shirts may not be worn as outer garments; sleeveless shirts will not be permitted (males), and no bare midriffs. • Shoes are required. (Dress code is printed on the back of each ticket)

  14. Parking • Parking is located at the Richmond Drive Entrance for all parents and spectators. • Graduates park in the back of the auditorium (on the side closest to I-77).

  15. Videotaping • Guests are permitted to film or video from their seat.

  16. Jostens Information - Ms Edwards • Try on your gowns; they should be between your knee and ankle • See Ms. E if you have any other questions or concerns.

  17. Attendance Recovery: • May 20th – 23rd, 28th – 30th, and June 3 after school: 3:30 – 5:00 and 5:15 – 6:45. • May 29th – June 4th during regular school hours.

  18. Credit Recovery: • May 29th – June 4th • You will receive a phone call if you must attend credit recovery and given additional information at that time.
