LEAD Southern and Eastern Africa • Training +Projects on CC Adaptation • LEAD SEA, WorldFish Center and Forestry Research Institute of Malawi are implementing the Lake Chilwa Basin Climate Change Adaptation Programme (LCBCCAP). • It is a five year programme whose overall goal is to secure the livelihoods of 1.5 million people in the Lake Chilwa Basin , Southern Malawi, and enhance resilience of natural resource base.
