  2. Create the latest fad: high-waisted shorts

  3. Learn how to… • Choose the correct pair of pants • Cut pants • Create a rustic, vintage look • Wash pants • Look as amazing as the top celebrities

  4. Think back to your mom’s favorite pair of jeans, do you remember these? Or what about craft time during elementary school?

  5. STEP TWO: Put the shorts on and decide upon a good length (generally a little below fingertip) STEP ONE: Find a pair of high-waisted shorts or pants at any thrift shop

  6. STEP FOUR: Draw an angled line where you indicated in step three STEP FIVE: Cut shorts along the line

  7. STEP SIX: With scissors, cut a slit where you would like to create a vintage look. STEP SEVEN: Put them in the wash (cold, normal)

  8. Do your shorts look similar to any of these?

  9. Teach your friends! The best way to perfect these shorts is practice, practice, practice!!
