  1. FUNÇÃO NEURAL • Capacitar os treinandos a: • Conhecerem a função dos nervos periféricos; • Conhecerem os principais nervos acometidos na hanseníase. • Definirem e identificarem neurite e dano neural; • Diferenciarem e identificarem neurites agudas e silenciosas e saberem a importância delas para a prevenção de incapacidades (PI) • Saberem tratar/encaminhar adequadamente os pacientes com neurites e/ou reações.

  2. METODOLOGIA • Distribuir os impressos Lesões dos Nervos Periféricos, Reações, Neurites, critérios para Suspeitar de e/ou Confirmar a Neurite, Reações e Neurites: Alterações e Condutas.; • Fazer a leitura de cada texto em grupo, em voz alta; • Promover debate, esclarecendo as dúvidas existentes e reforçando os pontos principais de cada texto, de acordo, com os objetivos.

LESÕES DOS NERVOS PERIFÉRICOS Fibras Sensoriais Fibras Autônomas Fibras Motoras AÇÕES DO BACILO E DOS PROCESSOS INFLAMATÓRIOS Diminuição ou perda da sensibilidade Diminuição ou perda de sudorese e lubrificação da pele Diminuição ou perda da força muscular DORMÊNCIA PELE SECA FRAQUEZA CONSEQÜÊNCIAS DA LESÃO NEURAL • Queimaduras • Ferimentos • Úlceras • Fissuras Desequilíbrio muscular (Garra, Pé Caído, Lagoftalmo) Aumento de pressão em áreas nas AVD´s Contraturas e articulações rígidas INFECÇÃO INFECÇÃO LESÕES/INFECÇÃO Destruição de Estruturas (Pele, Tendão, Ligamento, Osso, Músculo) DEFORMIDADES
