Reference for task 1 Intention Agreement on the purchase of 200 Office Computers Hunan Import & Export Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and Hunan Guanghua Computer Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Party B), adhering to the principle of equality and mutual benefit, the Intention Agreement is being worked out.

  7. 2. Party B undertake, if the Bid is accepted, to finish installing within 5 days after the notice (receipt) of Party A. 3. Unless and until a formal agreement is prepared and executed this bid, together with the written acceptance from Party A there of, shall constitute a bidding contract between Party A and B.

  8. 4. Any problem undecided in the Intention Agreement shall be settled in the formal contract. The Intention Agreement is signed in Changsha, P. R. China, by the authorized representatives of three parties on June 24th, 2001 in the witness thereof.
