This study explores the dimensions of eTransformation in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) through a systematic analysis of organizational change processes driven by information and communication technologies (ICT) and information systems (IS). Utilizing the 7S Model, we conducted semi-structured interviews with 17 CEOs and Managing Directors to identify key barriers, including lack of knowledge and limited funds, while highlighting the importance of strategic investment in ICT and IS for competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.
