CruOps will automatically sign the employees off at the conclusion of their assigned shifts. Any changes to sign in/sign out times, including flexi time changes, and any leave or other changes to an assigned shift, cannot be accepted by the system unless approved by the person performing watch supervision. Labor Distribution Reporting LDR requirements are contained in DOT Order 2700.37 Policy states: The FAA will collect paid hours worked by each employee, manager, and executive against identified projects and activities. No manager may excuse employees from compliance with this LDR policy. Data resulting from the collection of employee time against projects and activities must NOT be used for individual employee performance management.     12. 5/20/2012 12 When will your facility see Cru-x ? Just completed Cru-Support Delphi testing (9/16) and all facilities should be on version 3.08. Currently testing Cru-Support 3.09 in the 18 test facilities. CruOps scheduled for testing in test facilities in November. Almost all facilities currently use CruSupport. Establish ground rules Enter into negotiations Append agreements to National MOU as a local MOU Select a Subject Matter Expert Append any agreements to National MOU as a local MOU # 12 of the questions and answers document. #20 of the MOU states: The Parties at the local level will each designate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for each facility to resolve issues in their facility and coordinate with the Regional Focal points. These SMEs should forward their input to the Regional Focal points. The Regional Focal points will be responsible for resolving/elevating issues in their Region that cannot be handled locally and for providing input to the MSDT through the Bug Tracking system and/or TelCons. These duties shall be tracked in accordance with Article 17 of the Parties CBA.     18. 5/20/2012 18 What are the Access Levels? Administrative Officer Office T&A Clerk Office T&A Clerk Other Cru-x may be the single greatest violation of your privacy in the FAA. You can prevent violations of your bargaining units privacy by understanding access levels. Access rights in CruSupport are assigned In the facility based on an employees position level in accordance with Privacy Act requirements. Rights assigned to each level are system-assigned and cannot be modified. Administrative Officer AO users have top-level access to the facilitys database, including read/write ability for T&As, personnel action, and LDR Entries, and can modify facility organization. Only AO users can export and import data. Note:AOs have access to all LDR data but they can only do approvals on the LDR data when they are head of an office and only for employees beneath them on the organization chart. AO rights include access to all elements of the program. The AO can update all personnel records and actions, and alter the facility organization. Only the AO can export and import data. Office Office rights are usually granted to supervisors or managers. They can only update personnel records for the people under their supervision. . Office-level users can view the facility organization chart and use it to make personnel changes. They do not have access to Personnel Actions. They have read/write access to T&As and LDR for those they supervise. T&A Clerk Full read/write access to all T&As and LDR.
