  2. CONFERENCING PACKAGE BROCHURE WELCOME • The National Gallery houses the national collection of paintings in the Western • European tradition from the 13th to the 19th centuries. The collection contains some • of the greatest paintings ever created including Monet’s The Water-Lily Pond, van • Eyck’s The Arnolfini Portrait, Velázquez’s The Rokeby Venus, Turner’s The Fighting • Temeraire and Van Gogh’s Sunflowers. • Located in the heart of London, the National Gallery is conveniently placed in • one of the most vibrant and historic spaces in the capital. There are a diverse range of elegant event spaces within the Gallery to suit all your conferencing needs, along with a dedicated Events Team, in-house Audio Visual Team, catering provided by our in-house caterer Peyton Events and free Wi-Fi throughout. • Our conferencing packages are designed to make conferences as streamlined as possible, with a choice of catering options and unique additions to make the day memorable for all who attend. • By hosting your event at the National Gallery you will not only be contributing to • the upkeep and protection of this magnificent building, but also to the • conservation of a collection of over 2,300 paintings. • The National Gallery conference package includes: • Full day hire (09:00 – 17:00) • A dedicated Event Co-ordinator • Support from our in-house Audio Visual Team • A full day of catering refreshments provided by Peyton Events • Private cloakroom facilities

  3. SAINSBURY WING • LEVEL 1 CONFERENCE ROOM 1 Conference Room 1 is the largest conference space in the Conference Room Suite. It is perfect for business meetings or workshops accommodating up to 75 theatre-style, with natural light and in-built audio-visual equipment. There is a large adjoining foyer area for catering refreshments. In addition, there are multiple breakout spaces available to hire upon request. Hire of Conference Room 1 includes: • Barco RLM-W6 projector (WUXGA 1920 x 1200 pixels), 6000 lumens • Installed PC, DVD player, with audio system (laptops supported) and hearing loop system • Drop down screen • Wi-Fi throughout • Blackout blinds • A dedicated Event Co-ordinator • Set-up support from our in-house Audio Visual Team 5

SAINSBURY WING • LEVEL-1 LECTURE THEATRE • Our 328-seat auditorium, with fully integrated equipment and dedicated Audio-VisualTechnicians, is perfect for presentations, conferences, film screenings, award ceremonies and productlaunches. • Hire of the Sainsbury Wing Theatre includes: • Digital Projection Insight 4K Laser (4096 x 2160) • 6.5 x 3.6 metre customisable screen • Multiple data and video formats supported with seamlessswitching • Audio system with8radio microphone channels and 7.1 surroundsound • Theatre style LED lighting rig • Lectern with comfort monitor, audiosystem and networkconnection • Furniture available for the stage • Dedicated Audio Visual Technicians and Event Co-ordinator • Visitor Engagement staff to act as guides and Fire Marshals for thespace Capacities anddimensions 328 (plus 5 wheelchairs) Seating 14 x 21 metres Size 2

  5. SAINSBURY WING • LEVEL 1 NATIONALDINING ROOMS The National Dining Rooms sit within the Sainsbury Wing on Level 1, designed by the award-winning architect Robert Venturi. Offering guests a fabulous view of Trafalgar Square, the space also features a striking mural by Paula Rego. Our conferencing package in the Sainsbury Wing Theatre include use of the National Dining Rooms for catering breaks throughout the day. Usually open to the public during Gallery opening hours, the National Dining Rooms will be held exclusively for your guests. Please note that the National Dining Rooms may need to remain open to thepublic on selected dates and therefore private use is subject to availability Capacities Standing 300 Seated 200

  6. PEYTON EVENTS CATERING • Peyton Events, the resident caterer at the National Gallery, believe the cornerstone of good food is the quality of the ingredients. Their chefs value the importance of fresh, carefully sourced ingredients and appreciate the abundance of quality produce Britain has to offer. • Bespoke packages and menus are available on request, such as a hot finger food buffet, canapes and alcohol beverages. • Conferencing Packages include: • Three servings of our fresh Mozzo filter coffee and speciality teas • Water throughout the day • Fresh orange juice for breakfast • Selection of mini pastries on arrival • Handmade mini biscuits for mid-morning break • A choice of four sandwiches, as listed below * • Refreshing Elderflower and Cucumber presse with lunch • Fresh fruit for your afternoon break • *Sandwich options – choice of four: • York ham, Singleton’s cheddar and mustard mayonnaise • Coronation chicken with mint and coriander • St Ives smoked salmon, crème fraiche and picked cucumber • Prawn, Marie Rose and baby gem lettuce • Burford brown egg, mayonnaise and watercress (v) • Singleton’s cheddar, pickle and baby gem lettuce (v) • Tuna mayonnaise and sweetcorn • Roasted vegetables, rocket and red pepper hummus wrap (vegan) • Conferencing Package at £75.00 +VAT per person Conference Room 1 : minimum 30 guestsSainsbury Wing Theatre: minimum 200 guests

ADDITIONS Break OutRooms With eight conference spaces available at the Gallery, the Events Team can put together bespoke packages for you to provide additional or alternate rooms for your conference. Please speak to our Events Team for further information. Expert Lecturer Tours andTalks Tours of the collection can be arranged for your delegates before, during or after your conference for 30 guests at a time. Tours start from £150.00 + VAT per hour. Lecturer talks in the Lecture Theatre can also be incorporated into your event from £200 + VAT per hour. Activities Our fascinating collection and history provides a great opportunity to engage and challenge teams through bespoke quizzes, audio tours and teambuilding activities.Get in touch to find out more. National GalleryShops Speak to the Events team about pre-ordering goody bags, stationery or other items from the National Gallery Shopfor your delegates to take home with them. Entertaining within thegalleries We host receptions for up to 1,200 guests and dinners for up to 310 across 20 entertaining spaces within the National Gallery. We provide a spectacular backdropin our picture galleries, which can be accompanied by dancing until 2am within our contemporary spaces. Events can be further enhanced by our extensive list ofaccredited suppliers to cover all your catering, production and floristry needs.
