  2. Globes represent our earth. Usually the water is blue and the land is green. The clouds are white.

  3. Maps are flat and represent our earth too. The world is not really flat, though.

  4. Here is a map showing many landforms.

  5. Maps and globes show many landforms, like mountains made of rock.

  6. Other landforms are rivers.

  7. Hills are smaller than mountains and not made of rock.

  8. An island is land with water all around it.

  9. A lake is a body of water.

  10. Canyons are tall and rocky.

  11. A volcano is another type of landform.
