Office of Coastal Protection and Restoration • Non Federal Sponsor (CPRA) responsible for $300 million of (LERRDS) • Right of Way Conference was held on February • Representatives present: • USACOE • OCPR • SLFPA-W • SLFPA-E • DOTD • Determine Roles • Determine path forward and funding mechanisms • Standardize procedures across Levee Districts • Put together a game plan to meet schedules and budgets • Utilize Levee District Strengths • Augment with contractors

Office of Coastal Protection and Restoration UPDATE FOR SLFPA –W WEST JEFFERSON LEVEE DISTRICT AND ALGIERS LEVEE DISTRICT • Continue to grant Right of Entry (ROE)/Authorization for Entry (AFE) through Levee Districts ( 22 by the end of August) • Number of reaches: 32 • Relocation of Utilities, pipelines, highways (115)

  4. Office of Coastal Protection and Restoration UPDATE FOR SLFPA –E PONTCHARTRAIN LEVEE DISTRICT • Continue to grant ROE/AFE through Levee Districts (granted 4 AFE’s for construction) • Number of reaches: 17 • Relocation of Utilities, pipelines, highways (25)
