This report presents a detailed calculation of the mean annual flow per unit area for the Upper and Lower Blanco drainage areas. The Upper Blanco has a total drainage area of 0.619 km² and an annual flow of 68.14 ft³/s, with annual precipitation recorded at 912 mm. For the Lower Blanco, covering 1.130 km² (with 0.511 km² as incremental), the mean annual flow is 123.76 ft³/s and precipitation is 930 mm. The mean annual flow represents about 10% of the precipitation in the Upper Blanco area.
