Importancia de la nefroprevencin Epidemiologa de la IRA ha cambiado al igual que su incidencia y mortalidad Persiste como una complicacin que agrava el pronstico del paciente crtico 9-15% de pacientes crticos Mortalidad: -IRA aislada: 10-15% -IRA en el contexto de SDOM: 40-90% ->en pacientes con IRA y TRR IRA leve a moderada tambin afecta el pronstico
