Its about perceptions and this creates a forum for an in depth discussion, very powerful. On the front of the envelop draw & label a picture of yourself - the image you show the world (e.g. loud & challenging) On the back of the envelope draw and label a picture of the side of yourself that you keep hidden but know about yourself (e.g. shy) On a piece of paper to go inside the envelope draw and label a picture of how you would like to be (e.g. confident) All resources in the "Contributions" section of our resource bank have been submitted by delegates on our Managing Extreme Behaviour Online course.
