  7. User Management for Warehouse Mobility • Every WM User need to be created in FT using Users Form. • Provide the following License modules to the User • “FactoryTrackWMTrans” User module. • “FactoryTrackWMTTTrans” User module to use mobile device Time Track module.

User Management for Warehouse Mobility • Provide the authorization groups to the User to get access to WM Forms • WMBase Group to access WM base forms. • This is a mandatory group that need to be added to all the users. • Module authorizations Groups • WMGETIT – Inbound Transactions • WMMOVEIT – Inventory Transactions • WMMAKEIT – Shop Floor Transactions • WMSHIPIT – Outbound Transactions • Administrator can additionally control authorization at a Form level

User Management for Shop Floor • The Shop Floor kiosk user needs to be created in FT using Users Form. • Provide the following License modules to the User • “FactoryTrackShopFloorTrans” User module. • “FactoryTrackShopFloorTTTrans” User module to use Kiosk Time Track module. • Provide the authorization group – “User” to access Shop Floor Forms. • Link User to an employee in Kiosk Access section of Employee form.

User Management for Time Track • The Time Track user needs to be created in FT using Users Form. • Provide “FactoryTrackTTTrans” License module to the User. • Assign “User” Group to provide access to Employees to use TT Forms. • Assign “Supervisor” Group to provide to provide Supervisor level access. • Assign “TTHomePage” Group to provide access to TT Home Page Forms.

  18. User Management for Administrators • Factory Track administrators need to be created using Users Form. • Assign all Trans User module. • Set “Super user” flag • Assign “Administrator” group.

  19. User Extensions Form • Every Factory Track User need to be defined in User Extension Form. • User Type field defines the Type of permissions the user would get on Time Track forms. • Setup other Factory Track User defaults in this form.

WM Menu Management • WM Menu - Traditional Scrollable Menu – WMMenu.mobi. • The contents of the Menu are built using the Mongoose Folder name defined in Global Parameter – Warehouse Mobility Startup Menu. • If the user is not authorized to a particular Transaction, then it would not appear on the Menu. • URL - http://<Utility Server>/wswebclient/Mobile.aspx?page=light&form=WMMenu.mobi

Shop Floor Menu Management • Shop Floor Module Menu – ICSLWorkCenterNavigationHome.ts is the form name. • URL to access Shop Floor - http://<Utility Server>/wswebclient/mobile.aspx?page=formonly&form=ICSLWorkCenterNavigationHome.ts • All the Shop Floor related forms are categorized into 5 different categories. • Shop Floor can be modified using ICWorkCenterHomePageConfiguration

Barcode Handling • Barcode Handling as 3 sub functional modules • Prefix Management • Provides an ability to define multiple prefixes based on a Field Type • Provides option to turn on/off Prefix Mandatory check at the Field Type level • Cross Referencing • Provides ability to define the alternative value either based on Item number or order number. • Multi-Barcode Split • Provides ability to define the combined barcode definition by Transaction. • Currently Barcode Handling functionality is implemented for Warehouse Mobility Transactions

Label Printing • Uses Bartender Label Printing Software to print labels. • Provides an easy interface to view data of all the Printed Labels • Provides an ability to reprint a previously printed label. • Provides ability to define an alternative Label Format name either at the Item level or customer level. • Label Format names are linked to a Transaction by Transaction Parameters using Transaction Settings Form. • Label printers need to be defined in the system.
