  1. Welcome to Hurco Honeywell Rex brown John Fines

  2. Hurco Companies, Inc. Hurco designs and manufactures sophisticated, yet shop-floor friendly CNC machine tools used in the worldwide metal cutting industries. Our products are used in machine shops of all sizes—from small “job shops” to medium-sized precision tool and die shops, and even in the tool rooms of large manufacturing facilities.

  3. Hurco News

  4. Hurco stands by its Customers, and Vice Versa AG Homag has over 20 Hurco vertical machining centers in their operation. They insist on instructing their apprentices on the Hurco machines to provide consistency and even greater efficiency in the future. The easy-to-use Hurco control allows the machinists to program on the shop floor. They can also import DXF files from their existing CAD systems directly to the Hurco Control that creates the program.

  5. 2007 was another Record Year for Hurco Annual Report 2007

  6. Hurco stands by its Customers, and Vice Versa Murray Mold and Die needed to expand in order to stay competitive. The new TM8 slant-bed lathe was the best value in the market. The owner says the part accuracies and cycle times are exactly what he would expect from a high-end CNC slant-bed turning center. The lathe operator says the verification graphics on the control eliminate costly mistakes on real stock.

  7. TM Lathe - Best in Class • Smallest footprint compared to similar capacity lathes. • The most reasonably priced. • Accepts both Conversational and NC programming. • Options and accessories are “plug and play” so they can be added at any time.

  8. VM / VMX Mills - Best in Class • The VMX’s huge work cube (50% larger on average than competitor models) helps for a wider variety of work. • Robust conversational and NC programming tools provide the shop with options on how best to approach a part. • Advanced NC functionality includes graphical data-block searching, which eliminates the tedious work of finding specific lines of code. • Exceptional cutting feed rates of up to 600 ipm with Hurco’s ASF.

  9. VM Series VM1 Graphite 26" x 14" x 18" VM1 26" x 14" x 18" VM1P 26" x 14" x 18" VM2 40" x 18" x 18" VM3 50" x 18" x 18"

  10. Smallest footprint yields biggest productivity The VM1, VM2, VM3 and VM1 Graphite have extraordinarily large work cubes and small footprints which optimize shop-floor utilization.Having a low base price makes the VM Series the most reasonably priced machining center in its class.

  11. VMX Series VMX2424" x 20" x 24" VMX42 42" x 24" x 24" VMX30 30" x 20" x 24" VMX5050" x 26" x 24“ VMX6060" x 26" x 24" VMX6464" x 34" x 30" VMX8484" x 34" x 30"

  12. The fastest, most flexibleand accurate in its class The VMX Series provides greater part accuracy and better surface finish by using digital drives, larger ball screws, larger linear rails and heavier servo drives. These machines are specifically designed and built for speed in every area.

  13. Hurco stands by its Customers, and Vice Versa What makes GD Tech purchase 17 Hurco VM Series and VMX Series machining centers? It is because Hurco meets even the most demanding needs of their customers. GD Tech appreciates the power, speed, accuracy and great value of their Hurco machining centers. What began as the purchase of a single machine has turned into a loyal, long-term relationship.

  14. VTXU 31.5" x 27.5" x 20" 5-axis Machining The VTXU is ideal for 5-axis positioning work on complex, multi-sided parts where reductions in setup time and overall part accuracy are crucial. It is capable of very high contour machining rates with superior surface finishes.

  15. Horizontal Machining The answer to complex machining is the HTX500. These horizontal machining centers routinely match the performance of machines costing twice as much. The unique traveling column provides the speed and precision required for advanced machining processes. HTX50028" x 24" x 24"

  16. TM Series Lathes TM6 Chuck 6" Max Cut diameter 10" TM10 Chuck 10" Max Cut diameter 14" TM8 Chuck 8" Max Cut diameter 12" TMM8 (Live Tooling) Chuck 8" Max Cut diameter 12" TMM10 (Live Tooling) Chuck 10" Max Cut diameter 14"

  17. Fast and Accurate The TM Series lathes have been specifically designed for job shops and contract manufacturers who need efficient processing of small to medium sized lots. These lathes are designed to be fast – to save valuable time. The fast turret keeps cycle times short, yet is easy to access for faster tool setups.

  18. Hurco Controls • The UltiMax and Max controls get their names by being the ultimate in power and the maximum in simplicity. • High-speed digital processing ensures there’s plenty of power and memory for even the most complex parts.

  19. All controls are not the same Choosing the appropriate control process is perhaps the most important decision a user can make. Choose from many ways to program either conversational (shop floor) or NC programming with CAM compatibility.

  20. Hurco stands by its Customers, and Vice Versa Die Tron’s customers demand efficient dies to make complex parts with as few hits as possible. The VTXU has already made a significant impact on setup and machining times. In addition to reducing time and cost on setups, the system provides the rigidity and accuracy required, while maintaining throughput and surface finish. By adding machines with intuitive controls and short lead-times, Die Tron has moved from surviving to thriving.

  21. Rotary Tables • Cross roller bearing for increased rigidity, compact design, low friction and cooler operating temperature. • Superior accuracy. • Horizontal and vertical mounting.

  22. Hurco stands by its Customers, and Vice Versa Veritas has purchased three HTX500 horizontal machines, making it easier to set up each machine in six different planes. This makes it quick and easy to change from one size plane to the next. With only complete assemblies being produced, work-in-progress inventory has been reduced by 70%. With their reduction in total cost, their overall return on investment has been excellent.
