COHE Expansion Procurement Timeline COHE Awareness-Building • 10/29/12 to 11/15/12 “Could you sponsor a COHE in your community?” • Public meetings in: Tukwila, Tumwater, Kennewick, Spokane, Seattle, Mount Vernon, Kelso Request for Proposals • 1/22/13Request for Proposals (RFP) released • 3/18/13 Proposals received • 4/15/13 Final meeting of evaluation team • Business, labor, and L&I representatives • Unanimous decisions

COHE Expansion L&I Support Provided • New COHEs: • Developing processes and systems to support best practices • Assisting with outreach to providers, employers, and labor • Helping recruit providers • Advising on development and delivery of training • Providing training on and access to OHMS • Continuing COHEs: • Providing ongoing support • Assisting with recruitment and outreach if COHE is increasing in size • Providing training on and access to OHMS • COHE providers with no sponsor: • Providing incentives • Supporting providers through feedback, training, health services coordination, etc.
