5-HT1B Receptor Protein Levels Across Various Salt Conditions in a DOCA Model

This study investigates the levels of 5-HT1B receptor protein under different salt conditions using a DOCA-salt model. The analysis includes comparisons between sham control (S), DOCA-salt (DS), DOCA-low salt (DLS), and high salt (HS) groups. Protein levels were quantified using arbitrary densitometry units at various time points (Days 1, 3, 5, and 7). With sample sizes ranging from 4 to 6, the results aim to determine how varying salt intake affects 5-HT1B receptor expression, providing insights into potential physiological implications.
