CONCLUSIÓN Decía José Vasconcelos: “La cultura engendra progreso y sin ella no cabe exigir de los pueblos ninguna conducta moral”; de ahí que, mientras se sigan postergando los programas y acciones destinados a ensanchar el horizonte cultural de nuestros jóvenes, los estaremos condenando a subsistir en el subdesarrollo y a reproducir los vicios y carencias que nos han impedido avanzar.
