  3. Comisión de Justicia y Estructura del Estado • Reforma penal (2009 y la de 2010). • Ley para el juzgamiento penal-militar. • Reforma civil. • Qué perspectivas tiene la ley de coordinación y participación entre justicia indígena y ordinaria?

  4. Estrategias por realizar • Posicionar en la agenda política el tema de la interculturalidad (MCPNC). • Lograr la presentación conjunta del Legislativo y el Ejecutivo en el proyecto de ley para la coordinación y participación (MJDH, MCPNC, SP y la Comisión de Justicia). • Participación de la Asamblea Nacional en la consulta previa como gestor y en el grupo de trabajo como autor.
