  1. Minutesof 09/12/12 Meeting Prayer, Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call. Minutes of last meeting approved. Dep. Grand KnightTed Shay: Recognized new 3rd degree member Dan McCarthy. Member info. Night 9/24 in St. Roberts room. Next 1st degree exemplification 10/16 in Weitzel Hall. Grand KnightRick Weber: Update on construction: hope to have Parish Hall available for Oktoberfest. Program Plan and budget overview: Call to pass plan and budget but council asked for more time to review. Treasurer John Quinn: As of end of August unrestricted cash is $8,708.44. Programs Director Michael Starks: 350 Service Hours for August. Church Programs – Patrick Pape: Religious Liberty Rosary Rally. Indiana Catholic Men’s Conference Oct. 20. Community Programs – Steve Hanson: St. Vincent de Paul: Chris Weintraut needs volunteers to pick up in Zionsville 10/6. Oktoberfest – Andy Auersch: Need volunteers, sponsors and help with raffle ticket sales. Energize Indiana energy audits-- Steve Bracken: Knights to receive $25 for each audit we refer. Habitat for Humanity – Tony Kaufmann: Apostles Build update; Wounded Warrior house dedication included 4th Degree History of the Flag. Lanny Parsley Golf Outing -- Gary Weisenbach Gary thanked Knights for support; raised >$2800 for 3 local charities in Lanny’s name. Plane Pull -- Steve: Raised > $1300 for SO; 15 Knights pulled; placed 4th in open division. Council Programs – Aaron Palkovic: Mike Weber seeking 2nd and 3rd Degree teams in District 21.   2. Minutes of 09/12/12 Meeting, 2 Family Programs – Mark Whitlock: Michael Starks: Parish Family Picnic Oct. 20 needs chairman. Jack Evans: Family Pumpkinfest Oct. 6. Pro-Life Programs – Tim Shaw: Fall Festival Parade had 9 Knights and 4th degree team. Celebrate Life Dinner Sept.18; sponsor table. 40 days of Life Sept. 26-Nov 4; asking for 40 different Knights one hour per week to pray outside Planned Parenthood. Life Chain Oct. 7 on Lebanon town square. March for Life Jan.25; fill State Knights Bus. Prayer to end Abortion was offered. Youth Programs – Michael Heneghan: Youth Group Kickoff Cookout had 130 youth and 5 Knights. Gary Weisenbach: Coats for Kids Oct. 14-31; new or gently used coats of all sizes, plus blankets; with the Caring Center. New Business: Michael Starks motion to reimburse Mike Heneghan $350 for Youth Group Kickoff Cookoutfood and supplies. Passed. Tim Shaw motion for $250 to sponsor table at Celebrate Life Dinner. Passed. Fourth Degree – Jerry Maier: Welcomed 4 new 4thDegree members Gary Weisenbach, Sean McGovern, Tom and Mike Cline. Color Guard marching in Fall Festival Parade. History of the Flag Program at Stonegate Elementary. District Deputy Mike Weber: Council State Awards Web page design: Michael Starks Vocations Award: 200% Club Santa Maria Award: State Program Award Star Council Award Prayersfor Knights in need and for Vocations.
