  6. To Whom It May Concern: My name is K--- H----. I live in East Africa, I am 36 years old and the mother of one child. After giving birth my BP and sugar is continuing increasing and my body became very fat. After a long follow up, my doctor find out that I am a Cushing’s Syndrome patient, but my country’s big referral hospital could not identify where the hormone comes from and the problem at all. So, they write me a letter to get treatment abroad. Thus, I tried to contact different hospitals and I found X--- University Hospital in America. They told me I have to pay around $85,000 USD. However, the amount of money required for this purpose is beyond my capacity and actually not imaginable to cover by myself. So, I am searching for anyone or any organization who could save my life. Please tell me what you can do to save my existence. If you need any medical information, I will send it as soon as possible. Besides, I need your answer badly. Thank you in advance.
