Enhancing Education: Blackboard’s Exemplary Course Program and Best Practices Showcase
Discover the Blackboard Exemplary Course Program (ECP), initiated in 2000 to identify and showcase best practices in online course design. The program uses a detailed rubric that evaluates courses based on four key criteria: Course Design, Interaction and Collaboration, Assessment, and Learner Support. Each criterion is scored as Exemplary, Accomplished, Promising, or Incomplete, culminating in an overall evaluation. This showcase highlights innovative approaches to enhance student learning and engagement. Learn more about the ECP and explore exemplary courses at www.blackboard.com/catalystwinners.
