DEVELOPMENT PLAN (The detail master schedule attached )_Cont. • ICIC checked the planning ratio of the project in the Authorities in HCM city and suggest the further 02 options being able to resubmit. In that, the future road in Aedas’s concept must modified and follow on the right of planning 1/2000. • With every options, ICIC submits to Chuangs the construction investment cost (construction cost, consultant fee and other cost) for Chuangs to study FS. • Basing that, Chuangs will re-calculate FS for the project to choose the best option. • Besides that, ICIC will try our best to support the client in contacting with the Authorities in HCM city to get the option optimizing Chuangs’s requirement. • The schedule of planning design 1/500 and basic design are made shorten in comparing with ACCCO’s submission schedule. Therefore, the Client and ICIC will convince ACCCO to follow although the design contract between Chuangs and ACCO signed. • The next steps in The detail master schedule (attached).
