  2. Sponsor: Texas Instruments • Advisor: Prof. Geiger • Cable TV channels frequently and intentionally increase the audio level of commercial content to garner attention. This is an annoyance to consumers and they wish for a solution. Problem Statement

  3. Take in an audio signal using RCA cables • Process input signal to obtain a more desirable sound • Judged by blind testing potential consumers • Adjust the maximum gain to the modified signal • Output either the processed signal or original signal using RCA to receiver Functional Requirements

  4. Develop a prototype audio processor with amplitude-leveling capability • Design specifications • Engineering Report Deliverables
