  2. Entering Criteria Ranges – Step 1 • Some criteria entry boxes will allow you to enter a range (e.g., one to three bedrooms). If you choose to enter a range, you can either manually enter the lower range value in the FROM box and the higher range value in the TO box:

  3. Entering Criteria Range – Step 2a • OR click on the line of the selection with the lowest value and drag your mouse down to the highest value. All lines in between will be highlighted and the range will appear in the FROM and TO boxes below. • NOTE: You may also click on the lowest value, position your pointer to the highest value, hold down the SHIFT key and click on the highest value. • Your search will include all properties which fall within this range.

  4. Entering Criteria Range – Step 2b • Click OK. Your selection will appear on the Criteria Select screen.

  5. Entering Criteria Range – Step 3 Once your selection appears on this screen click OK (Begin Search). Click OK (Begin Search) to retrieve matching properties.

  6. Entering Criteria Range – Step 4 The matching properties will appear.
