  2. We now know that lightning is a river of electricity that travels through the ocean of air.

  3. Violently moving ice crystals and raindrops in storm clouds ,electric charges build up at the bottom of a cloud.

  4. Streamers of sparks begin to shoot when two streamers meet the path form a channel then a lightening bolt is born.
