During the admission process, the admission officer charged him like anything in the dept. in front of everybody. But he kept his patience and very politely tried to convince him by keeping in the mind the interest of the organization. Ultimately the matter was resolved. Apart from the students, even outsiders like one G.S. (General Secretary) of student union from ITM came in to the dept. and asked him to do such a thing in the favor of some students (form fill up) which was not acceptable and was going against the university regulations. So he refused the G.S. politely but that fellow did not listen and started putting pressure on him by scolding, charging etc. But he kept his patience and tried to convince the G.S. and ultimately the G.S. left that place. After doing the duty in the Ravenshaw University he used to move to BBSR to PIE office for other assigned job. There he has to stay up to 9 to 10 pm. He is also moving to different wings of HVET to deliver his lecture apart from his regular job. He also have a good interpersonal skill with his and other colleagues. For this reason he is being appreciated everywhere.
